Welcome to Arc Electric ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services or website.


1. Services Provided

Arc Electric provides residential and commercial electrical services, including but not limited to electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a written estimate or service agreement provided to you prior to the commencement of any project.


2. Estimates and Payments

2.1 Estimates:

All estimates provided by Arc Electric are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the information provided at the time and are subject to change if additional work or materials are required.

2.2 Payments:

  • A deposit may be required before commencing work.
  • Payment in full is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, check, credit card, ACH and Bank Wire.

2.3 Late Payments:

Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 10% per month. You are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, if applicable.


3. Appointments and Scheduling

3.1 Scheduling:

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time.

3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if adequate notice is not provided.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the services required.
  • Ensure access to the worksite and any necessary approvals for us to perform the services.
  • Notify us of any specific hazards or conditions at the worksite that may impact our services.

5. Limited Warranty

5.1 Workmanship Warranty:

Arc Electric warrants its workmanship for a period of 12 months from the completion date. If a defect arises due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective work at no additional charge.

5.2 Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions or third-party work.
  • Normal wear and tear or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).

6. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arc Electric is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profit or revenue.
  • Personal injury or property damage caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. SMS and Email Marketing

7.1 Consent to Receive Messages:

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive SMS messages and emails from us for appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. These communications will comply with all applicable laws, including Application-to-Person (A2P) compliance requirements.

7.2 Opt-Out:

You can opt out of promotional SMS or email communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the message or contacting us directly. Note that opting out of promotional communications may not apply to necessary service-related communications, such as appointment confirmations or invoices.

7.3 Accuracy:

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information to ensure proper delivery of messages.

7.4 Liability Disclaimer:

We are not responsible for message delivery failures due to incorrect information, carrier issues, or network outages.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Arc Electric or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.


9. Privacy

Your use of our services and website is subject to our Privacy Policy. By providing your information, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing practices as described therein.
